Lenehan White is established to provide independent Workers Compensation expertise, focusing on those employers who are seeking input to pursue continuous improvement in their workers compensation / injury management processes. Our process provides for an examination of those the systems and outcomes, which then leads to a cycle of improvement and change implementation.
We provide insourced expertise, with the aim of building internal expertise and process improvement for our customers. Our clients are those who have determined, through either identified safety issues, increased premiums, or simply the desire for continual improvement that they would like an external examination and assistance.
Why Insourced. Most importantly the Directors/senior management risk related to the management of safety cannot be outsourced, and therefore, the sole aim of our business is to build skills and resources internally to, in time, be self-managed, while if needed provide ongoing insourced management expertise.

We are lead by Peter Lenehan who has over 35 years of workers compensation experience. Peter is highly regarded across the insurance industry due to his expertise with a broad range of employers and a track record of delivering results. Peter has worked for some of Australia’s biggest multi-national companies. Peter’s experience extends across all aspects of workers compensation, client relationship management, risk management & workplace safety, workers compensation underwriting, process improvement, solution design & delivery.
